Hello hi everyone my self Pradeep and welcome back to another blog . I hope you are doing good . well in this blog i am going to explan why maping services in india is not good as compare to any other contries maps . So without wasting any time let's continue our today's topic .
According to our contre's law the maximum zoom resulation for privet companies like Google and Microsoft is maximum 1m. G S D . G S D stands for Ground special Distance means that Whatever Satalite will show that image's smallest pixel from Ground to object's size should 1m. distance. And it is the maximum resulation for some places and some places having lower then from maximum resulation .
let's talk about
What is Resulation?
Group of many small, small image squre pixel create or built an image which gives an meaning . Now if any image contain maximum number of squre image pixel then we will get much detail about from that image . So pixel is much important of an image .
Like we are watching video in Youtube in 1080p and 720p resulation or quality . By using this feature we can Increase or Decrease quality of a video in Youtube . That means in that video's vertical side pixel size would present 720p or 1080p and in Horaizental side of taat video's pixel size would present 1080p or 720p pixel size . It's depending upon your video .
In a normal photo's pixel is too much small that we can't see properly but in satalite imagery are in very big scales so it;s pixel size would present may be some ( cm. ) or some metres width . when satalite started for general public then our Goverment think that giving access High resulation for public use and special some privet company is too much risky for countries security and privacy, so that our goverment with other contries goverment set 1m. rules .
Now we can say that many Privet company even our Goverment own super high resulation satalite taht can take image from less then 1m. G S D or lesser then 1m. object from space . But our Goverment restricted or you can say blocked it in virtually by using Artificial intelegent or AI technology .
Why Goverment do this ?
This only not happened in india but along with some other contries why because to protect our Military extrablishment, Road-Networks or some very sensetive information to other . It is not impliment not only in devloping contries but also in Devloped contries . But as time passed and technology improved and devloped, comparing to older days, satalite imagery technic devloped very much . And uses of Satalite image technology in various ways some devloped contries removed or you can say they decreased there maximum resulation rule in there contries . So now we can see object's image in better way .
In our country's satellite map updated in 11 years ago so so now Google map and some related maps are showing older result . But in india some places have permission to show clear image for public . Some logistics company and some other companies are forcing to government increasing at least 1/2 half resulation .
