Now open that .cmd file as Administrator access  and keep it run some time. It automatically activate your Windows after some time.

• To activate your Windows on officially method you have to purchase official product key . And that product key you will find from Microsoft's official website or you can also find from form other websites. 
• After that simple go to your windows setting and find option called Activation . Then enter that Product key and enter it. It will tell some time to activate your Windows officially.
